Get 3 Quotes is operated by Digital Physics Ltd. For UK data protection purposes, Digital Physics Ltd is the relevant controller for the Get 3 Quotes activities described in this policy, except where another organisation is independently responsible for its own processing.

3. Our marketplace role
Get 3 Quotes is a marketplace and comparison platform operated by Digital Physics Ltd. We help customers explain their project, obtain and compare quotations from suitable independent Partners, select a Partner, and progress the customer journey. The Partner — not Get 3 Quotes — is the independent supplier and merchant responsible for the survey, technical specification, quotation, contract for works, supply, installation, workmanship, compliance, certification, guarantees, aftercare and fulfilment.
Where marketplace payment is available, payment is processed securely by Stripe in connection with the selected Partner’s Stripe Connected Account. The Partner remains the merchant and supplier for the underlying project. Get 3 Quotes may receive its agreed marketplace commission from the Partner through the payment transaction. Unless clearly stated otherwise before payment, this commission does not appear as a separate additional charge to the customer.
4. Information we collect
- Identity and contact details.
- Property and project details, including requested services, photos and rough measurements.
- Communications and call notes.
- Consent and preference records.
- Quotation journey and outcome information, including Partners approached, quotes received, selected Partner and project value where known.
- Marketplace and payment administration data, such as Stripe/customer/payment references and payment status. We do not intentionally store full payment card details.
- Technical website data, advertising attribution and cookie preferences.
- Complaint, dispute, opt-out and feedback records.
5. How we collect information
- directly from you;
- website and advertising forms;
- phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp and social channels;
- the Digital Physics ROS and connected communication systems;
- independent Partners updating us on quotations, surveys, outcomes or complaints;
- Stripe and other approved payment providers providing payment status/reference information;
- referral or campaign partners where you submitted the enquiry through them.
6. How we use information and lawful bases

7. Sharing information with Partners
Where you ask us to obtain quotations or progress a project, we may share relevant information with up to three suitable independent Partners by default. We share only information reasonably needed for the quotation or project. Each Partner is responsible for its own processing once it receives your information and should provide its own privacy information where required.
8. Payments and Stripe
Where marketplace payment is available, payment is processed by Stripe in connection with the selected Partner’s Stripe account. Get 3 Quotes may receive payment status, transaction references, refund/dispute information and commission information needed to operate the marketplace. Stripe and the selected Partner may each have their own privacy responsibilities. We do not ask you to send full card details to Get 3 Quotes staff by email, WhatsApp or phone.
9. Service providers
We may use CRM, hosting, email, telephony, SMS, WhatsApp, automation, form, analytics, advertising, payment, accounting and professional-adviser providers. Where they process personal information on our behalf, we seek to use appropriate contractual and security controls.
10. Service communications and marketing
Messages required to progress your enquiry, quotation, Partner selection, payment or complaint are service communications. Marketing messages are separate. We do not bundle optional marketing consent into acceptance of the Customer Marketplace Agreement.
11. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website may use necessary, analytics and marketing technologies. Non-essential cookies or tracking should only be used where the required notice and consent are in place. The cookie banner and Cookie Policy must reflect the tools actually deployed on the live site.
12. Who we share information with
- selected independent Partners relevant to your project;
- Digital Physics Ltd systems and authorised staff operating Get 3 Quotes;
- Stripe and other approved payment/accounting providers where relevant;
- CRM, hosting, communications, form, analytics and advertising providers;
- professional advisers, insurers and compliance advisers;
- regulators, courts, law enforcement or authorities where legally required;
- a successor business or purchaser in connection with a lawful restructure or sale.
13. International transfers
Some technology providers may process personal information outside the UK. Where required, we seek to use recognised safeguards or contractual mechanisms for international transfers.

17. Children
The Get 3 Quotes marketplace is intended for adults arranging property or trade services. We do not knowingly target children.
18. Automated processing
We may use CRM rules, routing logic, lead scoring or automation to help manage enquiries and select suitable Partners. We do not intend to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without appropriate safeguards.
